Dodworth Road (south side) : 28 : Midgely's wholesale warehouse

Also at the entrance to Plumber Street stood the large warehouse of Midgley's, a place where animal foods such as corn could be obtained;and a variety of other 'seed-related' items. The small shop just beyond a parade of advertising posters is F.Stoke's greengrocery. A view from 1966.
