Another view of Townend, perhaps a little earlier than the previous image. The typography of the name/title also suggests that this was the work of Lamb of Racecommen Road. Again he has 'used' people to enhance and make more intewresting the image, though the small crowd at the centre of the busy crossroads – under the tall lamp post - appear to be casually unawhere of any traffic dangers in c.1905.
