Dodworth Road (north side) : 35-37

Cannon Hall (Cawthorne) Nurseries was the distinctive double-fronted shop at number 35, functioning in 1972 when this image was taken; higher up at 37 was Midgley's well-known fish and chip shop (1920-79). Both premises formed Demetriou's fish and chip/kebab shop afterwards.
