Eldon Street : Bedford's (horse & trap)
This lovely old photograph shows a horse and trap parked outside Bedford's, the hatters and hosiers, belived to have been in business on Eldon Street. Perhaps the drive had just 'delivered' his employer so that the latter could collect a new hat.
