Sheffield Road (West side) : KWONG Chinese restaurant

The Kwong or Wah Kong restaurant functioned at 57A from 1960-68, the premises previously occupied by Harrison's cafe. The lower properties were converted to residential usage but had previous commercial occupancy, Parsons the corn dealership at number 53 in the 1930s, his old signs still extant.
