Sheffield Road (East side) : The Gift Shop to Snack Bar

The Gift Shop (run by H.Turner at 154) functioned from 1950-1961. At 154 Royal & Liver Friendly Society had been offering its services and policies much longer, from 1932-1973. The Snack Bar (158) occupied the former Star Libraries building from the 1960s.
