Sheffield Road : general view c.1900

Part of the the upper part of Sheffield Road has been captured in this early photograph dating from c.1900. The entrance to the Victoria Hotel can be seen on the right, next to the Cemetery Road junction, otherwise the street is hardly recognisable today.
