This parade of small shops, numbers 144-152, was photographed in about 1967. Brayshaw (144) was a confectioner; CANS (146) a grocer; Jack Stanton was a bookmaker/Betting Shop (148); Regent Salon was a ladies' stylist (150); and E.Palmer was a long-established draper (152).
