Wellington Street (east side) : Fell's to BBCS Library

Fell's pet shop, with its adverts for Spratt's Bonio etc had an unmistakable frontage on this side of the street; and the start of the BBCS Library is just in view on the extreme right. This range of properties (excluding the library) probably date from the 1850s or a little earlier.
