A lone motor-cyclist moves away from the camera in this view of 1964, at the Buckley Street/Sheffield Road junction. The Spotted Leopard pub(1868-1968) is partly visible on the right of the picture. A mix of mainly residences and commercial properties contributed to the composition of this old area of Barnsley.
